            <description>Retail gasoline prices are increasing in Oklahoma and throughout the nation, AAA reports. The average price for a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Oklahoma today is $3.187 per gallon, the highest it has been since Nov. 20 of last year and 13 cents higher than it was one month ago, according to AAA’s gasoline price-tracking website FuelGaugeReport.com.</description>

            <description>For the fourth consecutive year, the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety’s annual Traffic Safety Culture Index shows drivers know that cell phone use and texting while driving are dangerous, yet they continue to do it anyway. Data from the 2011 survey found that 95 percent of drivers view texting or emailing by other drivers as a serious threat to their own personal safety. However, 35 percent of those same drivers also admitted to having read or sent a text message or email during the previous month.</description>
