AAA Oklahoma to Host Two Huge Cruise and Travel Shows

NEWS from AAA Oklahoma, Jan. 11 – This weekend, AAA Oklahoma will host two of the largest travel shows ever held in Oklahoma. Twenty-one of the world’s leading travel-related companies, including resorts, cruise lines, tour operators and Disney, will have representatives at both events, offering special deals and travel advice.

The Tulsa show is Sat., Jan. 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hilton Southern Hills, 7900 S. Lewis Ave.

The Oklahoma City show will be Sun., Jan. 15, from noon to 3:30 p.m. at the Quail Creek Country Club, 3501 Quail Creek Road (122nd and Hefner Pkwy).

“These are our biggest travel shows of the year,” said Krista Mullenger, vice president of Travel, AAA Oklahoma. “There is a small admission charge but it’ll be worth it. We have some extraordinary show-only travel offers.”

A number of door prizes will be given away, including a $600 travel gift certificate courtesy AAA Travel. In addition, specials will be offered that will be available only during these AAA travel shows.

Among the companies expected to be there are these major cruise lines: Azamara, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Disney, Princess, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises and Holland America.

A Walt Disney World and Disneyland representative will be on hand, along with travel experts from Trafalgar, Tauck, Delta Vacations, AAA Member Choice Vacations, Insight Vacations, Pleasant Holidays, Sita World Tours and Travel Impressions, and several more travel companies. Reservations are not required.
