AAA TO HOLD JOB FAIR FOR NEW OKLAHOMA CITY CONTACT CENTER

NEWS from AAA Oklahoma, April 9 – A job fair will be held this Tuesday, April 13 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the new AAA Operations Center, 3100 Quail Springs Parkway in northwest Oklahoma City.

“We’re looking for individuals with strong customer service skills to fill positions in our insurance policy and member servicing departments and also in direct insurance sales,” said Chuck Mai, spokesman for AAA Oklahoma, one of six AAA clubs that partnered to build the new facility. “We have about 600 employees working here now. Ultimately, the center will employ 825 people.”

Bilingual individuals to service AAA’s Spanish-speaking members and customers are especially needed and insurance agents should be licensed in both property and casualty products.

AAA has set up a Web site at which potential employees may apply for open positions: www.getaaa.jobs.  For more information, call Terri at (405) 753-8064.

The new 147,000-square-foot building serves as a centralized point of contact, providing services to some 6.1 million AAA members in a ten-state region, including Oklahoma. It’s located two blocks north of Memorial Rd. and two blocks west of N. May Ave.
