Responsibilities: |
Our Fleet Drivers provide Emergency Road Service to AAA members and non-members, including battery boost, tire changes, lock-out and towing services. You will represent the organization as a professional member service specialist in all assignments and contacts. Utilize communication equipment; maintain accurate and legible records, logs, and reports. |
Requirements: |
Must have valid Oklahoma driver license and good driving record. Previous driving and/or towing experience and current MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required. Must have general mechanical knowledge and have courteous and professional mannerisms, with strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance and have the ability to work varying shifts / days and work overtime. |
Work Schedule: |
Rotating schedules include 8 or 10 hour shifts. |
