Job Title:	Dispatcher / Call Counselor
Division/Department:	Emergency Road Service
Reports to:	Call Center Supervisor, Emergency Road Service
Location:	2121 E 15th Street, Tulsa, OK
Responsibilities:	Positions will either take emergency road service calls from members of the automobile club or dispatch fleet trucks or service garages to stranded vehicle of automobile club members.
Requirements:	• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Six months customer service experience. • Knowledgeable with Oklahoma geography and landmarks. • Ability to type 30 wpm on computer keyboard. • Strong telephone etiquette skills.
Work Schedule:	Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, Monday - Sunday with day and evening shifts available.
Exemption Status:	Non-Exempt
