Responsibilities: |
- Thorough knowledge of AAA’s auto travel policies and extent of services.
- Provides members with TourBooks and maps, creates TripTiks, books hotel accommodations and rental cars through the Apollo reservation system.
- Creates and maintains inventories of AAA materials and travel information from around the country, ensuring the member accurate, prompt and timely information.
- Provides back-up assistance for Cashier and Receptionist.

Requirements: |
- General education with minimum of one-year business experience.
- Must posses excellent service skills and enjoy working with public.Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Telephone, typing, computer and general office skills required.Excellent knowledge of U.S. Geography, math skills, and computer skills desired.
- Hours are Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 6:00pm with rotating Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm
