Responsibilities: |
Will fulfill all daily requests for repair, troubleshoot, and set up of company network from the help desk. This will include planning, designing, installing, configuring, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links while ensuring minimal network downtime. Additional duties will include but not limited to programming and developing solutions for the company Intranet and Internet websites and network security issues.

Requirements: |
BS degree in Computer Sciences or related subject preferred. Two years work experience in network maintenance or web site programming may be substituted. Thorough knowledge of Cisco routers and switches a must. Successful applicant will have extensive working knowledge of website development, ability to present ideas in user-friendly language, highly self motivated, keen attention to detail, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, exceptional customer service orientation. Ability to operate network component: analyzers, scanners, and testers. Some travel is required.

Hours vary Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm. Position requires a commitment to be on call 24/7. |
