Responsibilities: |
The Insurance QCR provides support to the Contact Center as office receptionist and supports assigned Insurance Agent(s) by completing and verifying accuracy of insurance company records for New TAM business.
|

Requirements: |
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six-months customer service and clerical experience.
- Basic insurance knowledge a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, maintains confidentiality, and work well with others.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office platform of products preferred (Word/Excel); E-mail, and Internet knowledge necessary. Ability to learn new systems.
- Experience with Applied Insurance software a plus.
- Oklahoma Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License a plus but not required.
