Responsibilities: |
Provides superior customer service while promptly handling telephone calls and mail; administers and upgrades property and casualty coverages, advising clients on matters such as registrations, claims, and desirable levels of coverage.
|

Requirements: |
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years’ customer service experience with two years in the Insurance industry preferred.
- Experience in call center environment preferred.
- Experience with Applied Insurance software preferred.
- Knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) lines, billing, claims, policy issuance, and underwriting required.
- Thorough knowledge of an Agent’s authority required.
- Must possess valid Oklahoma Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
- Must presently hold, or work to acquire, CISR Insurance designation with three year timeframe.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
