Responsibilities: |
Under direct supervision, learns to process all types of incoming insurance mail, i.e., processing discount forms, driver change requests, cancellations, etc.; assists with the day-to-day servicing of the property/casualty lines generated by CSR II, III, and IV. (It is expected that this position act as a Trainee position, working towards mastery of the Insurance Customer Service Function.)

Requirements: |
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six months Insurance customer service experience.
- Experience in call center environment preferred.
- One year experience with Applied Insurance software preferred.
- Must possess valid Oklahoma Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work well with others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
